Pam Brooker – Pottery and Ceramics
Pam began a BTEC in ceramics in 1991 and her new love for pottery was born!
She went on to do a BA (Hons) degree in ceramics. Studying at the University of West of England (UWE for Ca) located in Bristol. Where she was lucky enough to have Wally Keeler and Mo Jupp among her tutors; then a Masters degree in Cardiff in the same subject. She later moved to France and set up a pottery workshop, where she developed ceramic tableware. She also gave lessons to local adults and children and hosted courses for enthusiastic holidaymakers. She moved back to the UK in 2007 and now is a member of the South Wales Potters Association. Last year in 2017 she moved down to Dawlish,
based in Devon, and now works in Teignmouth with Voyage Fair Trade and Arts. a sculpture garden of her own.
