How do I make a purchase?
There are a number of ways you can make a purchase. By either using:

- Apple Pay
What information do I need to checkout?
When you have added your desired You will need to give your name and Ever though we ask for your phone, you do not need to give this to us. You will also need to give your address unless you select click and collect under delivery meaning you are picking the product up yourself from our shop and will not need to give us any address.
Why is my debit or credit card not working?
Firstly check you have typed your information correctly and in the right field.If it is correct it may be because it is surpassed the expiry date. If it active and the card is a Visa, Mastercard or American Express we recommend you to contact your bank.
Is your website secure?
Yes we have invested a lot into security, we have an upto date certificate as evidence that Voyage Fair Trade is a secure website. After placing your order you will have a choice in who you are going to pay. If you choose PayPal you will be transferred to the payment service provider: PayPal's website which is fully PCI DSS compliant.
Shipping and Delivery
When do you delivery to?
We deliver to only the UK. We do not ship internationally.
How long does my delivery take to post?
We say you should get your delivery between 2-5 working days. Unless we discover we have a stock supply issue, which means we will have to wait a few more days. If this is the case you will reveice an email informing you of what the situation is.
Can I track my order?
Yes when we have sent your delivery we will send you an email stating your tracking number and the delivery company we have used. Once you make a note of the number you can go on the delivery company's website and you should be able track your order my entering the tracking number on their home page.
What shipping methods do you use?
As we are an eco-friendly company we are committed to our vaule and we use UK's most sustainable delivery company were they use 1000s of eletric vehicles and invest heavily in green initiatives (Correct as of the end 2021 and they have continued to invest in eco-friendly till this day).
One of largest our suppliers is involved in carbon neutral shipping, which means less pollution is happening when we are getting a big amount of our products in.
The is always more we can do and if we see anyone who offers better shipping we approach them.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your online return policy?
We allow a 30 day return policy, we would ask you to send us to us, once we receive it we would pay you for the delivery and either exchange it or refund you for the purchase. You read the deailed return policy here
How many days do I have to return a product?
A maximum of 30 days. The 30 days start from moment when you have made a purchase. After 30 days if you send a product back, we will not offer a refund or an exchange.
How can I return a product in order for a refund or a swap?

If it is a small item that weighs a under 15Kg we would recommend you use Evri. It is over 15kg we recommend to use DPD.

How do I know that the product I want is truly fair trade?
All of our products are made in ethical organisations and are checked that they are trading fairly. All these organsiations/companies have not been given cerifcates or not assigned Fair Trade accreditation. If a product as been made by an a fair trade organistion, it will be stated in a product description and you would be able to click on a link to read more about that organisation.

What is social premium?
The social premium is an additional sum of money paid on top of the agreed fair trade price for products. It is specifically designated for the local social and community development projects.
The premium is managed democratically by producers, workers, or their communities, allowing them to collectively decide how to use the funds. It aims to address social, economic, and environmental challenges, improving the lives of producers and their communities.
The social premium supports initiatives such as healthcare, education, infrastructure, environmental sustainability, and other projects that benefit the community as a whole, fostering sustainable development and empowerment.
Are fair trade and eco-friendly the same thing?
No they are not the same thing. Fair Trade is based around the 10 principles and the people and companies need to me inspected by organisations such as World Fair Trade Organisation (WFTO). Whereas eco-friendly on paper is just creating products and items that is helping climate change and the statue of the Earth, the planet we are living on. However, since both are commendable, we find out both types of companies are honest, not trying to take advantage of people and fair wages with everyone.
