    A very useful kitchen utensil to use to cut your cheeses. Handmade from recycled metal, so very environmentally friendly. The mouse's wiggly tail is the handle so you can cut the cheese or other foods easily.

    Made by the fair trade organisation based in Moradabad, India (Just outside Delhi): Noah's Ark. The organisation started in 1986 to help poor artisans living in poverty and now they have built up infrastructure to help over 500 artisans.
