A herbal tea helping to maintain sexual performance, NutraLust includes ashwagandha and ginseng to maintain energy. It also has muira puama which contributes to the hormone balance.

Each box has 20 x biodegradable tea bags. A good tip is you can reuse each tea bag up to 3 times. A total of 60 drinks from each box. 

Instructions:

• Boil 200ml fresh water.
• Pour into the cup with tea bag.
• Then let brew for 5 minutes
