The cafe set up next to us, called The Oyster Catcher, have just seen the importance of Fairtrade and the benefits it brings. After seeing what advantages come from working with the organisations, so they have decided to start sell a lovely americano, latte or any other hot drink with coffee bean :)! The coffee beans they have choice is Fat Roc Coffee that have been used is triple certified! Meaning that their coffee is fairtrade, organic and part of the rain forest Alliance, which is some achievement!
